Chrane
Everyone's favourite unpronouncable condiment. Spread it on fishballs or gefilte fish for that traditional kick!
Ingredients:
3 large cooked beetroots
Vinegar
2 sticks of horseradish
Sugar
Peel and grate the beets and horseradish on a fine grater, then mix together.
Pour over as much vinegar as the mixture will absorb and sweeten to taste.
